The natural numbers up to 768 are depicted with their respective number of prime factors. Their fractal recurrence is traced with delicate pencil lines. The intervals are 6–12–24–48–96–192–384–768.

The number of prime factors required for a natural number can be read from the concentric circular levels: with one factor, the line passes only through the first circle; with two factors, it extends through two circles — moving from the inside outward.
